Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged, with all original tags attached. Items must be returned in their original condition, free of makeup, fragrance, deodorant, smoke, pet hair, or other signs of wear.

If your order arrives with a cotton dust bag, your dust bag must also be returned under the same terms as an item.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for a different size, subject to availability. Customers are responsible for return shipping. If the requested size is unavailable, a refund will be issued in accordance with our return policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with a request. If approved, we will provide a replacement or full refund, and cover the associated return shipping costs.
